Warranty & Returns

• Most brand-new products come with a standard manufacturer or local distributor warranty.
• If you receive a Dead on Arrival (DOA) or defective product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and protective seals intact.
• Physical damage, burn marks, or damage caused by improper installation or overclocking are strictly not covered by warranty.

Refunds

• Refunds are only processed if an item is confirmed defective and a replacement is completely out of stock.
• Refund processing takes 3-5 business days and will be transferred via Bank Transfer or JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for opened electronic components.
